d’Vinci and Constellation Brands to Present at TICE 2021

d’Vinci Interactive and Constellation Brands will present a virtual session at the 2021 Training Industry Conference & Expo (TICE) April 27 - 29, 2021. The on-demand session will be available to all conference attendees throughout the event.

The session, “Level Set and Level Up: A Learner-Centric Approach to Training in a Virtual Environment,” will be presented by d’Vinci Client Solutions Consultant Angeline Evans, and Constellation Brands’ Director of Learning & Development, Maggie Romanovich. They will examine a case study of training Constellation Brands’ sales audience using a learner-centric, multifaceted approach. The presenters will uncover the benefits of a flipped classroom, how to integrate secondary gamification elements, and how to ensure learning and growth continue after the training. Constellation Brands is a leading producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits, including iconic brands Robert Mondavi Winery, SVEDKA Vodka, and Corona Beer.

“This past year, we’ve all tackled the challenges of training our learning audiences in a virtual environment. We’ve been creative and agile as we experimented with different approaches and delivery formats to produce the most meaningful experiences for our learners,” said Evans.

Session attendees will walk away with practical techniques for allowing learners to customize their own training experience to increase their personal investment in their learning journey. Attendees will also have an opportunity to submit questions to the presenters that will be answered in an upcoming episode of d’Vinci’s Powered by Learning podcast. Maggie Romanovich, Director of Learning & Development, Constellation Brands

Ms. Romanovich, APTD, is a trusted talent development advocate and advisor, dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth through professional development. She believes embracing, developing, and amplifying strengths while aligning with strategic vision drives powerful results. She currently leads L&D efforts for National Sales at Constellation Brands Inc. Maggie’s perspective is a result of her experience and not necessarily reflective of her organization’s sales training strategy.

Angeline Evans, Client Solutions Consultant, d’Vinci Interactive

Ms. Evans consults with existing and prospective clients to shape custom learning solutions that meet their organizational needs. With more than 10 years of experience as a learning and development professional, she knows how to complement proven adult learning theories with creative ideas to produce a meaningful experience for the learner. Evans holds a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral sciences and a Master of Education in training and development from Penn State. Angeline is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and was the 2017 president of the Central PA Chapter of ATD.
