Honors recognize learning platform that equips teams with disability inclusion skills to build more accessible, high-performing workplaces

d’Vinci Interactive, an award-winning custom learning and performance solutions provider, and the National Organization on Disability (NOD), a nonprofit committed to increasing employment opportunities for the millions of Americans with disabilities, received recognition from the w3 Awards and Davey Awards for EnAble Learning, a digital learning solution designed to equip teams with disability inclusion skills that build more productive and accessible workplaces where all employees can thrive.

EnAble Learning received a Silver w3 Award in the General Websites/Training category and a Silver Davey Award in the Belonging/Inclusion category. Both are awarded by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts and judged by an invitation-only body of leading professionals. The w3 Awards honor excellence in digital work worldwide, while the Davey Awards recognize outstanding creative work from small agencies and teams around the world.

EnAble Learning transforms instructor-led workplace inclusion training into a scalable, on-demand learning experience. Powered by d’Vinci’s ecoLearn® LMS, the platform delivers accessible, self-paced courses that support employee development, inclusive leadership, and workforce training across organizations, roles, and locations.

“Four in ten adults have disability, whether that’s arthritis, hearing loss, or depression, among others. That’s why disability inclusion can’t be confined to an HR policy—it has to show up in how managers lead teams every day,” said Beth Sirull, President and Chief Executive Officer of NOD. “This recognition highlights the importance of making disability inclusion skills practical, accessible, and actionable. Working with d’Vinci Interactive, we turned that knowledge into a digital tool that organizations of any size can use to build better workplaces and stronger teams.”

d’Vinci partnered with NOD to design and develop the platform and courses using proven instructional design strategies and engaging digital experiences. The growing course library addresses topics including disability inclusion basics, mental health in the workplace, managing neurodiverse teams, and digital accessibility.

EnAble Learning features mobile-friendly, modular content; scenario-based learning that connects training to real-world situations; and tools designed to promote learner engagement and retention. Robust reporting and analytics also help organizations track participation, measure outcomes, and improve training effectiveness.

“EnAble Learning demonstrates how thoughtful learning design and technology can expand access to meaningful workplace inclusion training,” said Jenny Kerwin, Manager, Learning Management Systems at d’Vinci. “The courses give individuals as well as organizations practical tools to build more disability inclusive workplaces.”
