Helping the Insured Navigate their Coverage
Managing ever changing healthcare plans, benefits, co-pays and deductible information presents a significant challenge to any healthcare organization. d’Vinci partnered with Johns Hopkins Healthcare to create a comprehensive web application to help manage and update healthcare plan information and distribute it to patients. We also created the EHP Benefits Explorer to guide members through various employer groups, provider networks, deductibles and coverages. Johns Hopkins administrators manage and update information related to healthcare plans from a convenient and secure web portal. The centralized healthcare benefit information gets distributed through both dynamic PDF generation and helpful tools for patients to navigate the healthcare system. We also designed and developed the online interactive website. d’Vinci also created the AdvantageMD Benefits Explorer – an online tool for that helps members and potential members to determine plan coverage for a particular service that is best suited for them. Both tools help the insured quickly and easily find the coverage information they need and drastically reduce the administrative rework associated with ever changing healthcare benefit information.
