The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) works to end sexual violence and advocates for the rights of sexual assault victims through a network of rape crisis programs. Protecting Human Research Participants (PHRP) Online Training is now updated to reflect the revised 2018 Common Rule regulations which take effect January 21, 2019. The 2018 Common Rule governs human subjects research supported and conducted by 20 federal agencies.

The revised regulations strengthen protections for people who volunteer to participate in research and allow for more flexibility to keep pace with today’s dynamic research environment while reducing unnecessary administrative burden, especially for low-risk research.

Berninger brings advertising agency experience to her role and will create learning solutions that elevate the brands of d’Vinci clients. Berninger will work closely with d’Vinci’s educational consultants and instructional designers to design educational websites, eLearning courses and other learning content for students and adult learners.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design from Stevenson University in Maryland. Berninger resides in Carlisle, PA.
