STEM Career Pathfinder
Guiding Students into the Future
d’Vinci partnered with SAE International’s A World In Motion® (AWIM) program to create Career Pathfinder, an interactive online learning experience that helps high school students explore STEM and technical careers before making critical decisions about their futures. Designed for grades 9–12, the solution moves beyond traditional career exploration by delivering a more engaging, learner-centered experience.
Interactive lessons engage students
Working closely with SAE stakeholders, d’Vinci developed immersive, interactive lessons that introduce students to a wide range of real-world career pathways—from advanced manufacturing and automation to roles like marketing, botany, and urban planning. The experience connects students’ interests, strengths, and aspirations to potential careers, while building essential skills such as critical thinking, communication, and research.
Flexible and scalable solution
Career Pathfinder can be used in classrooms, advising sessions, or broader career readiness programs. The result is a dynamic solution that helps SAE expand its impact—empowering students to better understand their options and take meaningful steps toward their future.
