Using Interactive Case Studies to Teach Genomics
The Global Genetics and Genomics Community (G3C), that is part of the National Institutes of Health/National Human Genome Research Institute, wanted students and healthcare professionals to be able to practice assessing and applying genetics information when making patient diagnosis. d’Vinci created video-based case studies that require learners to ask questions that uncover information about a patient’s genetic background. Practicing providers can obtain CEU and CME credit for completing the case studies.
