Alliant Energy - Energy Efficiency Curriculum

Inspiring Energy-Smart Students

Alliant Energy partnered with d'Vinci to create a comprehensive online Energy Efficiency Curriculum that helps students understand energy safety, efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy. Designed for learners across grades K–12, the program encourages students to make informed decisions about energy use at home, at school, and in their communities.

Learning Experiences Designed for Every Age

To engage learners at different stages of development, d'Vinci created four distinct learning pathways for students in grades K–2, 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. Each pathway combines interactive digital experiences, STEM-focused activities, in-classroom individual and group activities, and age-appropriate content that brings energy concepts to life while supporting classroom instruction and at-home learning.

Building a Scalable Educational Ecosystem

The project extended beyond student-facing experiences to include resources for educators and families.

Together, these components create a cohesive educational ecosystem that helps students develop lifelong habits around energy safety and conservation while promoting STEM learning and workforce readiness.
