SAE International and d’Vinci to Present at ISTE
d’Vinci will be presenting with SAE International’s A World in Motion (AWIM) on Using Literature to “Unplug” Computer Science at the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) conference, June 25-28, 2023 in Philadelphia, PA.
The presentation will show meaningful Pre-K-12 STEM learning experiences that spark all students’ curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. Conference attendees will learn new tools and practices to develop students’ real-world computational skills through meaning-making literature and interactive lessons that can be employed in any classroom environment.
SAE and d’Vinci will provide examples of open access content, tools, and methods for blending language arts with foundational computer science concepts, including the STEM Sagas: Virtually Rerouted interactive comic book. Details about the session are live now on the ISTE website.
SAE International’s A World in Motion (AWIM) and d’Vinci have created STEM-focused interactive curriculum for students including Navigating the Digital Universe for elementary age students and Investigating the Digital Universe for middle school students.
