d’Vinci Partners with National Organization on Disability to Advance Workplace Inclusion

d’Vinci Interactive has been selected by the National Organization on Disability (NOD) to create a comprehensive online training program and custom Learning Management System (LMS) aimed at advancing disability inclusion, accessibility, and mental health awareness in the workplace.

Through this collaboration, d’Vinci will design and develop a growing catalogue of self-paced courses, beginning with four one-hour, modular courses that provide flexible and engaging learning for organizations and their employees. The curriculum will expand over time to include 12 courses, creating a robust resource to help employers foster more inclusive and supportive work environments.

The training will be delivered through a custom learning platform powered by d’Vinci’s  ecoLearn® LMS.

Purpose-built for NOD, the platform will serve as a central hub for learners and administrators, featuring:

  • Public-facing landing pages that introduce the program and streamline registration and purchasing
  • Secure eCommerce integration to support memberships and course sales
  • Course hosting, learner tracking, certificate issuance, and transcript access
  • Advanced reporting dashboards to help NOD and its partners measure program impact

"Our partnership with NOD reflects our shared belief that learning can drive meaningful change,” said Luke Kempski, CEO of d’Vinci Interactive. “We’re honored to help bring their mission to life through inclusive, accessible, and engaging digital learning experiences.”

This initiative builds on d’Vinci’s decades of experience in developing accessible, learner-centered content for mission-driven organizations. By pairing human-centered design with proven learning technology, the partnership will equip employers with the knowledge they need to foster equitable and supportive workplace cultures.
