Join us for the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) free webinar on creating training that prepares law enforcement professionals to perform when it matters most.

“From ‘We Covered It’ to ‘They Can Do It’: Designing Training for Real-World Performance” will take place Tuesday, October 27, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. CST. Jenny Fedullo, Director of Learning Experience, and Jenica Jones, Lead eLearning Specialist, will lead the session.

The webinar will explore how law enforcement training professionals can move beyond information-heavy instruction and design learning around what people need to do, the decisions they need to make, and the challenges they will face on the job.
“Effective training is not measured by how much information it covers. It is measured by what learners can do with that information when it matters,” said Fedullo.

Attendees will gain insights into creating more relevant, engaging, and effective learning experiences that support real-world performance.
