Housing Inspector Training

Learning to Inspect Manufactured Housing

PCCA wanted a way to educate inspectors about Act 40, the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act. We created an interactive eLearning course featuring an avatar building inspector. The avatar takes the learner on a driving tour through housing communities and shows specific examples of what to look for when inspecting homes.

Dealing with Devastation

Educating Municipal Leaders about Disasters

Pennsylvania municipalities need to be prepared to manage disasters in their communities. After a series of nine educational modules, local government leaders know how to declare a disaster, assess damage, evaluate flood damage, issue permits and handle inspections, and facilitate temporary federal housing and communicate with residents.
