New Training Approaches for “America’s Diner”

With a 60-year history and more than 1,700 restaurants, Denny’s is one of America’s largest and most loved full-service family restaurant chains. To accomplish the company's training goals, Michelle Elder has to keep in mind that 90% of the restaurants are franchised-owned and they are all open 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Relatively new to her position, Michelle is excited to bring new approaches to learning and development.

For Denny’s, Michelle Elder and her team are now delivering brand-aligned training and development programs designed to improve consistency across 1,700 restaurants.
