Inclement Weather Policy

d’Vinci seldom cancels classes due to bad weather and we make such decisions on a case by case basis. We are more inclined to delay a class by an hour or two rather than to cancel it altogether. If we cancel a class or you are not comfortable traveling to our facility in bad weather, e-mail us. We will make arrangements for you to attend the next available class to make up what you missed.

Cancellation Policy - Open Enrollment Training

d’Vinci Interactive, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any open enrollment Scheduled Training at our facility in the event the minimum registration is not satisfied or in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent holding the class. We will make a good faith effort to provide verbal or written notice to the client, the student(s), and/or the agent of the client within no less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date if this situation occurs. In the event d'Vinci cancels any class for any reason, the cost paid by the client may be, at the request of the client, applied to a future class or refunded in full without further liability to d'Vinci Interactive, Inc.

We may occasionally hold a class for a single student, but the length of the class will be significantly shorter because more material can be covered in less time. This arrangement must be agreeable to both the student and the instructor.

The client may cancel an open enrollment Scheduled Training at our facility without liability so long as such cancellation is made in writing and received by d'Vinci within no less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the class and the cost of the paid registration may be, at the request of the client, either fully refunded or applied to a future class. In the event such cancellation notification is received by d'Vinci Interactive less than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the class, the client will be liable for a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy - Reserved Training

d'Vinci Interactive, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class without liability in the event circumstances prevent the occurrence of a Reserved Training class. If such a situation occurs, d'Vinci Interactive, Inc. will make a good faith effort to notify the client as soon as possible and will make a good faith effort to reschedule the class to occur within a reasonable amount of time, as found agreeable to both the client and d'Vinci Interactive, Inc. Any money paid to d'Vinci will be refunded or credited toward future training, whichever is preferred by the client.

In the event the client cancels a Reserved Training class, the client will be liable for all actual travel expenditures incurred, if any, at the time such notice is received by d’Vinci Interactive, Inc. (For example, if air travel reservations are made, the client will be liable for cancellation fees.

Satisfaction Policy

Any student may, within one year of a class, re-take the same class at no additional charge. This training is available for any public, open enrollment classes as long as there is space available. If needed, a new student manual will be provided for an additional fee. All other policies still apply.

We do not offer refunds for a class that has been taken. If the above policy does not meet your needs, e-mail the training coordinator to discuss the situation on an individual, case-by-case basis.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. (But not after you have signed up for a class, of course.)
