Overview
Adobe Flash CS3: Actionscript is a 3 day course that provides experienced Flash designers with the knowledge you need to create dynamically generated animation and interactive games. This course begins by teaching fundamental programming techniques including instance names, variables, functions, properties, and method; then proceeds through conditions, loops, event handling, and animating with ActionScript.
The information taught in this course, except where noted by the instructor, can be used with all of the most recent versions of Flash (MX 2004, 8 and CS3).
Our instructor has been teaching Flash since version 4 and been developing games, applications and
animations with Flash for over 5 years.

Instructor Biography
Mason Scuderi
Mason Scuderi is an Adobe Certified Flash Designer and Development and has been teaching Flash for over 7 years. In addition to teaching, Mason is an experienced Flash consultant and has done high level Flash consulting for companies such as DuPont, Intuit, and Booze Allen Hamilton. He also has a strong background in interaction and interface design as well as being an accomplished designer and multimedia expert.
Mason is a graduate of Shepherd College with a degree in Graphic Design.
Prerequisites
To take this course, you should have:
- Completed the Adobe Flash CS3: Rich Content Creation course, or have equivalent experience.
- The desire to learn how to program Flash content using ActionScript.
