Online Vending Machine Training

Client: Royal Vendors

Royal Vendors is a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality vending machines. In 2006, Royal Vendors approached d’Vinci Interactive, looking for a training video CD-ROM and DVD to teach the aspects of vending machine setup, maintenance, and repair.

In 2007, d’Vinci was contracted to repurpose the existing d’Vinci-produced training for online accessibility.

Two new versions of the existing video were produced for easy distribution to clients and field technicians.

The online, streaming version is available for instant broadband viewing. A downloadable, offline version was also created, allowing users to store the video on their computers for local viewing at any time.

d’Vinci took the existing video presentation and reformatted the Flash video components for online use.
