Angel Island

Client: California Parks Company

California Parks Company (CPC) offers comprehensive services to a number of California-based parks and other entities in the hospitality and resort industry. A sampling of services includes: Food service concessions, campground/conference center management, retail/convenience store management, water recreation, and event management.

Angel Island State Park is one of four partner sites, whose redesigns and programming were developed for CPC by d’Vinci Interactive. Designed to complement CPC’s main site, the Angel Island site showcases the park’s amenities and activities using a clean, fresh design with photos of the available activities rotating through a Flash-programmed banner.

The initial challenge was a reorganization of site content, which included working new content into the current and updating the navigation structure. d’Vinci produced the new design and performed all the HTML, CSS, and Flash programming.
